COMMUNITY STRATEGY & MARKETING PLANS FOR NEW HOME BUILDERS.
A research-led strategy for residential communities preparing to launch.
Alinaliam helps home builders understand the market they are entering, the buyers they need to reach, the alternatives those buyers will consider and the value the community should communicate. The result is a clear strategic direction and a marketing plan the team can act on.
While Alinaliam is new company, the experience behind it isn’t. The projects shared here reflect work led or contributed to during previous employment roles with home builders, developers and their agency partners.

When to engage us.
The most useful time to begin is when the product is reasonably defined but the market-facing strategy has not yet been established; usually 6-12 months from being ready to launch. Key decisions about positioning, differentiation, messaging and launch priorities can still shape the work that follows.
What the engagement covers.
-
Review relevant market conditions, competing communities, public pricing and product information,
buyer context and available client research. -
Define the target audience, identify meaningful points of difference, articulate the value proposition and establish the position the community should occupy.
-
Clarify what the intended buyer needs to understand, which benefits should lead and how the community should be explained consistently.
-
Define the role of marketing, the priorities that matter most, the channel roles and the measures that will indicate progress.
-
Translate the strategy into initiatives, budget assumptions, launch sequencing, responsibilities, timing and performance measure.

Original buyer interviews, surveys and concept testing can be added when the question warrants it. Creative production, media buying, website development and ongoing implementation oversight are scoped separately.
Working with your existing teamAlinaliam works alongside your internal marketing and sales teams, leadership and specialist agencies.
Our role is to establish the strategic direction and give everyone a clear understanding of the work that follows. We aim to align the people responsible for execution, not replace capable partners who already know the project.
Have a community to launch?
Let’s discuss where the project stands, what has already been decided and what still needs strategic direction.
